1. Your order is carefully packed using spray-in-foam to insure superb protection!
2. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified with a tracking number
3. The driver of the freight vehicle will notify you with an estimated time of arrival
4. Delivery time for this option is generaly 10 - 14 business days
5. You will need to be on hand when the delivery vehicle arrives at your location.
6. You are responsible for unloading the furniture from the delivery vehicle
7. There may be minor assembly required with some pieces such as pedestal tables.
(It is necessary to have a friend or relative to be on hand to help with the unloading)

For an addtional $50 (total $149) your order can be delivered with a Lift-Gate Truck

White Glove Service offers in home setup.
